First time getting on I almost fell forward. You have NO balance it makes you lean forward and backwards.

Also does not stay mobile. As you twist and turn so does the board. I did not feel safe on it. You find yourself trying to keep your balance more than the actual exercise.

Your not really getting full exercise because the board moves around. Plus paid for express shipping and it took 9 days to get to me

Actually - the user's lack of balance is exactly what needed to be corrected. That might be the one and only benefit of the "simply fit board" - forget "twisting the night away" - if you're in horrible physical shape- the first thing you need to do is work on your core strength, and your balance.

I'd start with 5-10 minutes daily just trying to balance on the board. No movement - just balance. Work up to something else from there. As you get older - your balance and core strength will be the difference between being able to do simple thing like getting in an out of bed by yourself....

and needing 24/7 nursing care. Seriously.
