Simply Fit Board - Don't be a twisted sister!
Use Common Sense, especially so if out of shape.Talk to doctor before starting this type of exercise.
Twisting in this manner uses muscles many have not used so go slowly. Learn to balance on the board first. Hang onto a heavy chair or counter top until balance perfected.
When starting to twist go slowly & just for a minute or two then build up to longer periods with more speed but progress slowly.Take your time.
